The role of Associate Consultant - IT (Desktop Engineer) involves providing technical support and solutions for hardware and software issues for end users both locally and remotely. This position demands excellent troubleshooting skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to manage and close support tickets efficiently through Service Now.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, test, and deploy hardware and software for users.
- Diagnose and resolve PC operational issues on the network.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software failures.
- Support and troubleshoot video conferencing systems used for corporate communications.
- Research and implement solutions to user problems.
- Train users on basic troubleshooting and efficient PC usage.
- Provide remote support via phone and remote software tools.
- Manage tickets from creation to closure using Service Now.
- Maintain adherence to corporate and technology security policies.
- Stay updated on PC product changes, technology, and support best practices.

Requirements:
